Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find answers for the most frequently asked questions about the Project DPro Practitioner examination.

I am PMD Pro Level 2 certified. How to I become Project DPro Practitioner certified?

Existing PMD Pro Level 2 certificate holders will be granted Practitioner Certificates. That means you don’t have to purchase or register for the new Practitioner Certification. You just have to contact our team at and send your PMD Pro Level 2 certificate.

Requests will be received starting on January 2021 and the deadline to request your Practitioner Certificate is Jun 30, 2021.

Please note that you are still required to renew your certification every 3 years.

What should I do if I received a feedback that my activities do not fulfill the minimum requirement to become certified?

If you receive a feedback informing that you did not attend the minimum requirements (activities) to become a certified Practitioner, you are entitled to re-submit your Activities Log one more time. You will have up to 3 months to re-submit your Activities Log.

What happens if I send the wrong file (Activity Log) to my invigilator?

Uploading blank documents will lead to disqualification. Your invigilator will contact you to request another Activity Log in case your file is empty, but you can only replace the submitted file one time.

Is the information in my Activities Log published or shared?

The contents of your Activity Log may be used anonymously by PM4NGOs to help other candidates. No name, organization or contact information will be included unless requested by you.

During the invigilation process, you will be requested to sign a Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement, which also gives you the opportunity to allow or sharing your content or to indicate that you do not want your content to be shared.
