Oliver Carrick

DPro+ Manager
Responsible for all courses, content, and overall community management.

Oliver is a part-time consultant who contributes to PM4NGOs as the DPro+ Program Manager. He is a British academic, Project Manager, author and consultant living in Ecuador. He currently resides in the Galapagos islands where he is a Professor and department head, and also manages a program of community outreach projects.

Peter Marlow

PM4NGOs Board Member – PMD Pro+ Project Sponsor
Oversees the DPro+ initiative and the community strategy.

Peter is an experienced Project Manager, having delivered a wide range of ICT systems in both the public and private sectors in the UK. He is a graduate of Imperial College London and a Chartered Engineer (MIET). He is also a PRINCE 2 Practitioner and a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).

Edson Marinho

PM4NGOs Executive Director
Supports the community management and technical features.

Edson has headed up PM4NGOs since 2015 and is passionate about project management. He is also the founder and director of Teoria da Prática in Brazil and a senior member of the Project DPro Trainers Network. He holds an International Relations Bachelor, MBA on Project Management and holds a post-graduate certificate in Distance Learning. Edson has over 15 years’ experience in the development sector.

Cecília Morales

Digital Marketing Analyst
Responsible for the community marketing, contacts, and requests in Portuguese.

Cecilia is a part-time consultant who contributes to PM4NGOs as an advertising and project manager. In her professional trajectory she could experience these two areas that are very much complementary. At PM4NGOs she found the place to unite her three passions: advertising, project management and working in the development sector.
